At NIS America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
